1 Definitions

4 Account Registration

To use rc777e's gaming and betting services, each Player must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on rc777e. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. rc777e will close duplicate accounts and may confiscate funds where duplicates are identified.

• KYC Compliance: rc777e may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, and always before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your rc777e account credentials. rc777e strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account. The following security obligations apply to all Players:

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on rc777e are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rc777e does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following terms govern financial transactions:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on rc777e is PKR 100.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network).
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard Pakistani banking hours.

6.2 Withdrawals

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and live in-play wagering on rc777e:

• A bet is considered accepted and final once confirmed by the rc777e system and the bet slip displays a confirmation reference number.
• rc777e reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds arising from a technical fault or data feed error. Voided bets are settled at stake return.

9 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on rc777e — including live dealer games, RNG slot games, and table games — are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules displayed within each game interface:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) slot and table games on rc777e use certified RNG technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not manipulable by rc777e or by any Player.

• Using rc777e for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other Players or with rc777e employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviours for financial gain without promptly notifying rc777e.
• Using automated tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with rc777e games or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or systematic abuse of promotional offers in a manner that constitutes exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
• Accessing rc777e on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access rc777e through your account.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rc777e staff or other Players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on rc777e — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the proprietary Intellectual Property of rc777e or its licensors. No element of the rc777e Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, transmitted, or distributed without the express prior written consent of rc777e.

Game titles available on rc777e are the intellectual property of their respective software providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming). These providers retain all rights to their respective game assets and software.

13 Suspension & Account Closure

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Duplicate account identification.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as specified in Section 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit transaction.
• Player request for account closure.

Where an account is closed due to Player fraud or Terms violation, rc777e may withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request in good standing, the remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rc777e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond rc777e's reasonable control.
• Data loss or breach resulting from circumstances outside rc777e's reasonable security measures.

• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security as required under Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rc777e's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. rc777e's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

15 Amendments to These Terms

rc777e reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, rc777e will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform (including website notification, account messages, or SMS to registered mobile numbers) before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive obligations, or changes required by regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.
